Rent is too high.
Wanted new carpet put in. Was told no. Carpet is old, had stains from previous tennent. And has been cut and pulled up to repair floor. All in all the apartment needs a remodel, kitchen cabinets are old, probably the original from when the apartment were first built. Same with appliances. Not worth the almost $600 in rent I have to pay. Roads need repaved. To many pot holes and bug bumps were road has previously been dug up.
One of the best views in Nashville. The 24-hour maintenance staff is responsive and they do a good job with keeping up the grounds.
Average apartment complex. Location is good, but other aspects are just average. Office staff is friendly, but less than accommodating. Closes office during office hours. Wouldn't be a huge problem, but it is done during the time rent is due and causes major problems.
The staff is friendly and always available to help. Its a relatively quiet place to live. A new playground and perhaps outside grills can be replaced and not so far away from each bldg. If I wanted to grill I would have to go in front of another bldg bc there is no grill by mine. Playground equipment needs to be updated and replaced as well.
Asphalt is uneven. They let people hang clothes on the balcony which is really tacky. Landscaping is ok, but rock barrier is deteriorating and has been since I moved in about 3 years ago. Laundry room upkeep has improved, staff is friendly and usually helpful. Abandoned cars on property. I just wish they asked more from the renters as far as upkeep and maintaining a clean environment. Sometimes you see mattresses and furniture just sitting by the dumpsters which puts the property in a bad light.
