One of the best views in Nashville. The 24-hour maintenance staff is responsive and they do a good job with keeping up the grounds.
The staff is friendly and always available to help. Its a relatively quiet place to live. A new playground and perhaps outside grills can be replaced and not so far away from each bldg. If I wanted to grill I would have to go in front of another bldg bc there is no grill by mine. Playground equipment needs to be updated and replaced as well.
The staff is friendly and thorough, maintenance is effective and the grounds are well-kept, the space is great, location is great for my everyday commute and the rates are average.
We have really loved living at Pointe Breeze. Out of the three Nashville apartments I have lived in it, it is the best so far. The community feels safe, diverse, and interesting. We have loved East Nashville so much so far. The apartments, themselves, are in pretty great condition, especially considering their age. The staff is always very helpful, informative, and polite. The only thing we would change is the price, which was higher than advertised.
I have a good experience with repairs I needed done at my place with a fast response. My only complaint would be why are you guys just now checking to re charge AC units the summer is over? And my lease is almost up in a few months. I wonder would you guys give me an offer to stay or sign another lease with out going up in rent. I called management and my answer was they didn't know and to call back in Dec . Unm my lease is up on Dec and I'm not an last minute person. Everything else is fine.
