The staff have been extremely helpful! It is great customer service and I have appreciated their promptness and willingness to help!
The staff are friendly and always address your concerns and issues in a timely manner. The only complaint I would have is the roaches.. they can be a problem
The gate at the front is sketchy sometimes. Sometimes the maintainence guys leave trash around or make comments to me and my friends if we're at the pool. Overall, great place though.
It is a good place to live, but I think the maintenance is not as good as I would like. We have two pools, but only the main pool is clean, the second one is dirty and when you want to use the main pool is closed, close in weekend! We have a tennis court. With no net and with some garbage. That is maintenance, but other than that the apartment is good, we have laundry room 24 hrs, and a lot green areas.
