After living in other apartments, I can say that the professionalism and overall quality of living here is a greater than any other place I have lived. The maintenance staff is friendly and very efficient, there is plenty of parking, the staff is wonderful, and the apartments are extremely roomy and allow for many different living options. One of the deciding factors when we chose Landmark at Wynton point was it's decorating policy you can paint, hang pictures, and nail into the walls. I love living here and the easy access to both I-65 and I-24, as well as the short commute to Franklin and metropolitan Nashville, is great
The property is well maintained, all of my maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. The office staff is helpful, going above and beyond. I am close to downtown, work and everywhere I need to be

It is quite old, and I can hear every little thing my neighbors do.
