The apartment is great, lots of space. Management really worked with me on moving in. I would say great things about the maintance team. They came to fix things in my apartment and made sure it was done. Now the valet trash always forgets to pick up my trash. I think it should be optional on that charge cause of my trash gets forgotten at least twice a week. I end up having to take it to dumpster myself. Now I have some very rude upstairs neighbors that I have complained about many times that keep me up all night long. I have called many times to office and went to talk to office and nothing still has been done about it. I wish they would have better control of noise with their tenants.
Slightly expensive for me personally. But the grounds personnel will fix any issue quickly. This place is so easy to work with as well. They have a super friendly staff. This place is so much better than where I've lived in the past.
Incredible since you guys have taken over, less problems over all and the place looks great.
