The appliances are old and rent keeps going up. $812 dollars a month including water with old appliances? These apartments are old and the rent reflects more modern apartments.
Parking needs paving. Many potholes on property. Some residents do not take pride in neighborhood and do not follow property rules. Examples: Improper placement of trash on grounds, pets without leashes, not picking up after pets, speeding vehicles, loud music.
The property Manager is a real jerk and doesn't know what it is to SERVE his customers! There are no real amenities and they continue to raise rent. The property is in need of capital improvement, but they only have plans to band-aid and cover things up.
The new management are not family friendly.
Since moving in july of 2013 the mangement is not the greatest needs better customer service.
