Hillhurst is a Residential complex that is an excellent place to live because of it's location and value. A place for living with excellent basic amenities, well kept and managed.
Since I've been a resident here ,It has been a great experience and whenever I need something fix they are right there.The neighbors are nice.It is a peaceful environment.
There've been two times in the 6 months or so that I've lived here when, unannounced to me, there was some major problems with the water being brown. Whether due to construction down the street or a massive chemical attack or something else, it's not very settling to think 'why is my drinking water brown, where'd it come from, why did I not know about it, and how long is this gonna last, when will it be safe, and if it's happened twice, when's the next time?!' :(
Parking needs paving. Many potholes on property. Some residents do not take pride in neighborhood and do not follow property rules. Examples: Improper placement of trash on grounds, pets without leashes, not picking up after pets, speeding vehicles, loud music.
The new management are not family friendly.
