Ratings & Reviews
8 Reviews for Audubon Park
I have lived here for 3 months. There have been a few major repair issues with leakage in bathroom, causing ceiling to collapse into tub. Electrical A/c and heat. My dining chair was broken during maintenance repair, was not reported and tried to cover up damage. Over all..the staff at Audubon and maintenance have immediately taken care of each issue to the best of their ability with urgency. I am pleased with how I was made to feel that my well being held priority as a person and as a resident!
Its quiet neighborhood sometimes you hear children playing outside but it doesn't bother me i have children of my own. People at the office are nice so are maintance
This apartment complex is centrally located near a multitude of grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. Also the upgraded two bedroom units are extremely nice on the interior.
Maintenance is generally on top of things. The staff in the office are always polite. The issues include that only half of the 8 washing machines have worked for the last 4 months. So we are down to 4 washing machines for a large complex. Also, the park could definitely use a makeover.
Maintenance response time has become longer Landscaping needs improvement
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
