The staff in the front office are so kind and helpful, very pleasant to be around. Rent might be a little high, but I think it's worth every penny to have friendly staff like these, be part of a safe community, and be so near restaurants, stores, etc.
I could not have been more pleased with my two years at Arium. Our office staff was always so wonderful and helpful while our maintenance guys always got things done quickly. We never had to worry about anything getting done. The office team always knew exactly who we were and which unit we were in. They never seemed to mind helping us with anything! After a miserable year at another property in Murfreesboro, Arium was a breath of fresh air. This place feels like home.
The staff are so friendly and kind all the time. I've only had one maintenance issue and they were there within minutes of me calling to correct it. It is a very nice community, quiet and pet friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.
Beautiful gated community with wonderful neighbors. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and understanding. I love living here and the price is very comfortable for me.
Everyone is very nice and curtious. If you need any service work they were very prompt. Only reason for moving is to be closer to work.
