The management is awesome to help you. Whenever there was a maintenance problem it was solved immediately. Love love the care team and attending the events. They keep the grounds immaculate and love having a pool for the summer.

Colony House is an incredible place to live! It's located in the middle of a quiet neighborhood so you don't hear street noise at all. At most it's 15 minutes from any side of town. There are lots of grocery stores near by. Our park is quiet and a wonderful place to bring your kids to run off energy. Neighbors are friendly and parking is abundant. The pool season is long as they open the pool early and close it late in the season. Overall I throughly enjoy living here! No complaints!
Excellent management, quick maintenance, clean and quiet place to live. I'm definitely here for the long run.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
