Over time things have improved in letting residents know what is going on. There needs to be more security and lighting.
The staff in the office has always been super nice and helpful. Maintainance issues have always been addressed and fixed immediately. Security has been okay. I've seen some sketchy-looking people walking around our neighborhood at night that makes me question the overall safety of our community. The recent addition of a security patrol car at night has made me feel safer and has definitely added to my overall satisfaction. I'd like to see the patrol car perminantly implemented during night hours
I enjoyed living at South Bluffs and found the leasing staff to be very accomodating when I moved in. In general, the community is safe and well kept. The only problems I ran into were having maintenance issues fixed in a timely manner and the leasing staff notifying me when I received packages. I had a box in the office for over two weeks and didn't know about it until the sender asked me asked if I had received it.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
