1. I moved into the apartments in August of this year and it took the over a month to put a light in the hallway that dark in the morning leaving out for work.
We have been here for 4 years having just signed our 5th lease. We have been here through 3 ownership changes and neither company has had great maintenance service. I am very dissatisfied with the upkeep of the apartments and grounds. The windows and doors in our apartment are very drafty causing us very high electric bills in the winter and summer months. There used to be a playground for the kids at the top of the hill, it was torn down some time ago and nothing has replaced it.
The dishwasher and the sink drain should not have the same drain to get rid of dirty water, there shouldn't be a crack between the cabinets in the kitchen to where you the under ground of the apt complex.
Rent is low for the size of apartment. The maintenance team is nice, and seem to be knowledgeable. However, we've had issues with pests that we've contacted management about several times and the pests still remain. There is often trash left everywhere around the grounds. We've even had broken glass, vomit, and dog feces left in the hallway and stairwell. The pool was closed early with no warning.
Falcon View has gone through some major changes over the past twelve (12) months and I believe it has been for the better. The greatest room in the world is the room for improvement.
