Manor View is in a good location in Knoxville. The lush mature landscaping, vast amount of greenery, open areas for walking, and quiet setting away from the urban way of life is why we chose to live here. Residents are peaceful and respectful of their neighbors. Maintenance team keeps up with repairs. It is wonderful to come home from a busy day, shut the door and just relax. We used various methods to shop for an apartment for probably 6 months before deciding on this place. We have no regrets.
The entire staff is terrific---knowledgeable, friendly, & truly seem concerned that residents have a quality experience & a great place to live. The Management Team provides frequent opportunities for residents to socialize to get to know their neighbors. The property is very well maintained. The prices are competitive and the West Knoxville location is excellent---only about 10 minutes from downtown + close to West Town Mall & Turkey Creek + close to various healthcare facilities.
