The staff is great! The property is always taken good care of, and they really care about you!
Our unit was move in ready; no extra cleaning or any kind of work was necessary before we moved in. All of the amenities are well kept and in good repair. The staff has been friendly and helpful regarding all of our questions and concerns.
Great place to live: never have had trouble with neighbors, safe area, relatively the same distance away from most things in west/east/downtown Knoxville and its not hard to get there. Good location as far as not too busy of an area. Great management and prompt on helping with any maintenance issues. The apartments themselves are excellent as well
It's quiet, extremely clean & maintained grounds, the staff here is friendly, helpful, courteous & very prompt to address any issues. The apts. themselves are very well laid out, comfortable energy efficient & priced well . The gym is wonderful too! The office staff are some of the nicest & most caring people that we have had the pleasure to meet!! It's within walking distance of everything & I love that !!
Great apartments! Only concern is some people do not pick up after their dogs. Maybe if they installed more waste areas it wouldn't be as much of a problem.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
