My overall experience living here has been good, other than the occasional outdoor party late at night...
For the overall condition (and how dated) the property is, along with the type of people (including people who have no respect for their neighbors) living in it, along with the outrageous rent increases (over $100 in a span of 2 years), it's increasingly not worth living here. The mailbox area is run down (and inaccessible if you're disabled), and more serious crime has increased on the property as well.
