I always feel heard when I speak to the service and management team.
Carrington hill exceeds most other apartment complexes in the area. The price is manageable and the community is relaxed. The staff are always happy to help or answer any questions you might have, which makes the whole experience of moving a lot easier. Since I've moved into this apartment I haven't come across any issues and love where I live now.
I chose to come back to Carrington Hills after having lived here previously. We moved from Spring Hill and wanted a shorter commute. I had done my research in the Franklin area and it just made the most sense to come back here. It is within walking distance of my boyfriend's work and mine is just across the interstate and a few miles north. I love the location, floor plan, view, amenities (especially the outdoor fitness area and concierge trash pick up). I never doubted I would love moving back here and I have not. Love living here.
Carrington Hills has been an exceptional living experience for this new-comer to the Nashville area! I have a peaceful existence in my home and community. The office & maintenance staff are nothing but helpful and real! I appreciate all the management's efforts to make my community better!
Carrinton Hills was one of the most affordable apartments I found with 3 bed rooms in Franklin. The application process was very easy and the staff at Carrington Hill was available to answer all my questions.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
