The gym is advertised as "state of the art" but I feel that it really, really needs to be updated. Many of the machines don't work and it's very subpar for a luxury apartment complex.
Please don't have EXTREMELY loud pool parties with music we do not appreciate after our child's bedtime. Our apt. actually shakes with the bass sound, and we cannot get away from it.
new carpet and a paint job; but this is because I've been in the apartment for 5 years and you know how it can be over time with wear and tear. not really a request, just one of the things that probably would make longevity residents feel some type investment in their "retirement home" so-to-speak.
Better parking spaces and guidelines. Faster response times when the gates are broken.
