Staff is great! Problems get fixed easily.
They are honest. What the price on the website states is the price you are charged. They do not add additional charges on once you are here. The contract lease is straight forward and we know exactly what is expected of us and Residences at 1671. They schedule inspections to make sure everything is working and they also encourage you to email or call with any concerns. They are prompt in fixing the unit. They have a pool and playground.
Close to post, great price, nice area with pool and playground.
Overall I have had a great experience while living at The Residence. Wherever I have had any issues with my apartment it has been quickly resolved. Also, the pool is a great bonus.
Why do I have to pay $300 to upgrade to a bigger size apartment.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
