I just wish the parking out be extended on the Lexington townhomes as it only allows a vehicle per unit renters, most of the friendly military familys have 2 vehicles but other than that. Better than anything in Hopkinsville
They do a job at keeping the grounds cleaned up, especially near the dumpsters. They also respond well to complaints and there is a very quick turn around on maintenance issues.
Haven't lived here long. Have some minor maintenance issues that have not been resolved
New management and maintenance crew do not fix what they say they will.
Neighbors always parking in my yard, birds in my attic for over a month and multiple calls to the office yet it's still not fixed, outside kids always in the apartment pool, back door painted shut.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
