Southside flats is located in the bet part of downtown. The maintenance and tenant care team are all amazing and responsive.
The office staff were willing to work within my schedule. They were able to respond and finalize everything in a timely manner. I am very happy and have been looking for something in this area for some time but have to admit I was surprised at the condition of the appliances and fixtures. It's my understanding these apartments were recently updated/renovated based on the condition and age am not sure why new appliances and/or kitchen and bathroom fixtures were not part of the renovation.
Cleanliness, quality of fixtures, response of maintenance... Everything has been fantastic!
Great apartment and wonderful management. I consider the overall satisfaction as good , as there were a number of imposed fees atop the monthly rate that were not discussed prior to the presentation of a lease agreement.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
