I love this place. If I can change anything, it would be to slow down a couple of vehicles that drive a bit to fast.
I think they have the best rates for upscale apartment homes.
Its a nice apartment but I don't like that the central unit is in the apt, its very noisy. Also the walls are thin and I have a neighbor who purchased a garage and hangs out late at night. It is a nice apt with great space.
I have very few problems with my apartment. The only thing I hate is that the walls are thin and when Im trying to sleep I can't because of the stairwell next to my wall or kids running ,talking or the above. And I just hate that I have no Ceiling fans!
Constant intrusion of various bugs, relatively average construction and workmanship. Good and quick response to issues though.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
