The staff is very friendly. The maintenance is very quick at resolving issues and very kind. The apartments are extremely nice and the grounds are well kept.
My biggest complaint is the only service provider available is Comcast/Xfinity. Aside from that this community is by far the best in the area and at the best price.
I have really enjoyed living at Park 1346. The 2 bedroom apartments are really spacious. The Pool area & fitness center is really nice. I gave it an overall rating of good because parking is limited, there are a lot of spiders on the outside (a lot more than normal), & they don't pressure washer the steps & walkway enough to keep it from being dirty & filled with spider webs.
Management has been unable to have any effect on noisy tenants that live above me. They have little children that stomp and run all over their apartment until as late as 10:30 pm.
It's comfortable and in a good location. The high school zone is a little questionable, but all the public school zones in Hamilton County are hit or miss. The staff is friendly and helpful and, for the most part, our neighbors are good people.
