The staff is very friendly. The maintenance is very quick at resolving issues and very kind. The apartments are extremely nice and the grounds are well kept.
I got offered a great job in another state and had to move after living at Parc for 2 years. I miss my apartment there!! I have found nothing that compares to it and I feel like I was spoiled by the good people that work there! Perfect for a roommate situation with bedrooms and bathrooms for each at either end. Practically soundproof. Great neighbors and great amentities. One call for any issue and they were on it! I loved living at Parc 1346! Can't find that in Nevada...
This is a great place. I love it here.
I am satisfied with where I live. I have bathtubs that need to be refinished and toilets that get stopped up very easy but hoping to get these fixed soon. Also blinds are to cheap for a nice apartment.
My biggest complaint is the only service provider available is Comcast/Xfinity. Aside from that this community is by far the best in the area and at the best price.
