I love Fontaine Woods and feel like I'm at home since I'm in college. The office staff is so nice and they always ask me if everything is going fine. It's really nice that they host different events each month to allow neighbors in the community the opportunity to get to know one another.
We have lived here 2 different times with nothing but kindness from the staff and excellent customer service.
I loved living at the complex. I hate having to move out
I have always felt very safe in this community. The office staff are very friendly and honest and maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner. The cost for rent was good ($589 per month at a discounted rate). Apartments were well maintained and clean when I moved in. About the only negative that I can think of was that I have seen a few cockroaches in my apartment. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new apartment.
I enjoy living in my apartment, and have had very few instances where I was displeased with a situation.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
