I would like to see something where we are brought together more often. Maybe start some type of exercise get together, or something that would help people get to know one another better.
Need better communication with residents
Remove breed restrictions
1. Hot tub has been like tepid bath water and is always locked and never cleaned. My wife has health issues and we were guaranteed it to be 103. 2. Had to clean the Stove ourself. 3. Carpet was full of soap and have had to rent our own cleaning equipment. 4. I was not told about the extra cost for cable,water, maint fees. I came here because it was cheeper and now it is more expensive than anywhere else we looked.
There should be consistency among office staff to better serve the residents. There seems to be a lack of training and lack of communication between the ladies in the office. Although they are nice, they aren't that helpful. The should be more notices made available to the residents during certain constructions and maintenance repairs. A lot of the services have not been available such as the tanning bed, and car wash, and pools throughout the past year which is why we decided to move in. In addition to that there is not an immediate rush to fix things and the apartments have undergone horrible bug issues. I feel like that rent is entirely too high for the things we have under gone. I know no place is perfect but I do expect more for what I am expected to pay. The recent construction to the building siding has left each apartment building as an embarrasment for residents and their guests. The strategy could have been overall much better.
