Remove breed restrictions
Maybe provide more parking for motorcycles. One of my neighbors parks his bike right in front of my bedroom window. The bike is not in a parking spot. When he starts his bike at 6 in the morning it wakes me up. Let's provide more parking for motorcycles!
I would like to see something where we are brought together more often. Maybe start some type of exercise get together, or something that would help people get to know one another better.
Get rid of mandatory basic cable. There are less expensive options. The leaf blowers are SO loud and annoying. Is there a better option? The workers aren't respectful either. The constant letters posted next to doors are a waste. Why not send emails to those who have provided their email addresses?
More cleaning around breeze way and balcony where wind blows in leaves and bad spider webs on the balcony
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
