I think they have the best rates for upscale apartment homes.
I love this place. If I can change anything, it would be to slow down a couple of vehicles that drive a bit to fast.
Promised amenities such as car care center and business center never being fully functional. The gate didn't work for 4 months and at no point did management take time to explain the situation or when it would be resolved with residents. Essentially a "bait and switch" situation.

Fire extinguisher insp not done-still has 2009 cert tag-last week notice stuck in door adv unit insp will be carried out on all units-if done no one left any notice it was perf-1 of 2 prev mgmt co would at least leave written notice of day and time they were in my apt.-present mgt co responsive but all ext lights have 5 year accum of dead bugs inside, just what prospctv tenants want to see, but front gate freshly painted-written notice should be left when apt is entered w/date time and name.
Constant intrusion of various bugs, relatively average construction and workmanship. Good and quick response to issues though.
