They go all the way out to make sure your stay is a good one and is on it if you call about any troubles with appliances. The maintenance team is very good and take that extra step to make sure you got fixed what you needed and more. I've been here 3yrs and have no bad reviews on it.
I would of said excellent, however, I have put in a work order, and it has not happned and it was about a month ago. I do like Chimney Top, love the neighbors!!
The cleanliness and outside maintenance of the complex is very appealing. No one wants to live in an area that is run down or poorly maintained. The apartment itself is very nice also.
There has been a tree down in front of my building for months due to drainage problem the put big black pipes there above ground and never came back looks bad on first impressions
The apartments arent horrible. I think tjeu are costly for the area. The buildings up front are nice and well kept. I live in the back and they are dirty and desperately need to be powerwashed. During the winter they could salt steps amd sidewalks. Staff is pleasant and new maintenance is good.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
