Cedar Pointe Apartments
Cedar Pointe Apartments has unbelievably huge floor plans with oversized closets, fireplaces, full size laundry connections, and open kitchens. We are THE most pet friendly complex in the area. We have no monthly pet rent, no size limit for your dogs, no limit on the number of pets allowed in your apartment, and a phenomenal dog park. And we are happy to announce that we are now accepting German Shepherds! The level of customer service you will receive at Cedar Pointe is incomparable. The staff here takes pride in the community; because this is our community...we live here too! This is why we have received so many incredible reviews such as: "The office staff is spectacular, the maintenance staff is exemplary, the amenities are an excellent value for the money, and the overall community is beautiful." "The maintenance staff has responded to every request quickly, respectfully and accurately. I have not met such a dedicated group."

The staff at Cedar Pointe truly do try to make the complex a community and home. We have lots of community events, tons of amenities, the maintenance staff does a great job and responds quickly, and everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. The staff have even organized community benefits (canned food/donations drive) for residents who have been in need due to unexpected illness. I have truly enjoyed living here the last 3 years.
They staff is very kind and handle any issues very quickly.
the size of the apartment are spacious which is great. had issues with out dated appliances but they were replaced in a timely manner. Not happy with the loud train as well. But out of our control. Never heard it before I moved. But over all its okay.
I have always been impressed by the office/maintenance staffs. They have an attitude that shines through, showing residents respect and handling any requests quickly and efficiently. I'm about to begin my twelfth year here and the consistency is remarkable.
The staff and grounds are very good, though parking has been an issue at times and there are some traffic concerns (no fault of the complex). Overall, I've been very pleased with my time at Cedar Pointe.
