I love living here but somethings I don't agree with is I'm not sure if the rent changes because of water or whatever changes every month we as residents shouldn't have to pay we pay enough in rent don't keep changing it. Also with the satellite shouldn't have to come down. Stop changing the rules all the time.
The rent is high for the apartments that need updating. The utilities are way to high such as water for 1 person.
On the average because they never provide interpreter services as dicated with ADA!
The office staff are nice, maintenance is performed promptly when requested, and they do a great job with snow removal. Shared amenities such as the indoor pool are nice, but the apartments themselves do not offer much to justify the ever-increasing price.
No one is ever in the office. I called 5 times yesterday (Monday Novemeber 17th) before finally talking to someone. The office staff are not very knowledgeable and never know what is going on. I called to ask about the satellite policy and they didn't have any information for me. I think the satellite policy is outrageous that means that no one in the 3405building on the north side can have satellite service which is total malarkey. When things are broken they are slow to get fixed.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
