Front office and Maintenance staff are far superior to other complexes. They are extremely prompt and take great pride in their work and are very helpful when needed.
This is one the most beautiful places in the Columbia area . It stands out from the rest of the apartments in the Lexington , Columbia area. The staff and maintenance are very nice, and the response to any questions or problems are fast. Also the grounds and buildings are always looking nice . Patsy and Clifford we love our home. Nice staff! Great Apartment floor plans and it's a gated community so I feel safe at night. Nice friendly residents too. When the time comes I will hate to leave this place!
Convenient location. Grounds are always groomed and free of litter. My building is usually quiet. Front-door trash pickup is great. I love my apartment and the amenities it includes.
The staff are friendly, the amenities are nice, any issues are taken care of promptly, and I feel safe in my apartment complex.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
