Very clean and large apartments. the staff is excellent the grounds are breathtakingly beautiful. I'm extremely happy with this apartment complex. My likes and dislikes are: I like the fact that it is next to everything. You have access to any place you want to go anything you want to do very quickly and easily.
Need to have dog park in different area walls very thin need a My likes and dislikes are: Convient for shopping has access to hospital and clinics or walk in clinic also great school district
My likes and dislikes about this community are: I love everything about the community. Its very clean, family oriented, pet friendly , and we have the most amazing staff here.
My likes and dislikes about this community are: The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The pool and clubhouse are always a great hangout spot and the neighbors are friendly. I was pleasently surprised with the amount of space in our apartment and I love our balcany. I don't see us leaving anytime soon
I love that Kilnsea Village is a brand new apartment community and is a quiet place to come home to. The office and maintainence staff are attentive and friendly! My likes and dislikes are: Pool & 24 Hour Gym, Short Distance to Boeing

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
