East Ridge is within convenient proximity to shopping centers and restaurants where walking is easily possible on nice days. The apartment was completely remodeled before we moved in over two years ago. With maintenance requests, the staff has responded promptly and the office hosts informal food gatherings several times a year plus provides an informational monthly newsletter.
The Leasing staff are excellent, maintenance is prompt and thorough, my neighbors are very nice people and everyone generally seems to respect everyone else. The grounds are neat and clean, and my apartment is perfect for my needs!
Eastridge is a great place to live. My kids love the pool in the summer. The staff is friendly. Maintenance always comes in a timely manner to fix what you requested. It's really quite just a great area.
It is a quiet community and the apartment units are updated and very attractive. . The staff is very accomodating and available, including any maintenance issues that may arise. Quite a value for the price!
Everything is great other than the fact that the internet goes out every now and then.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
