Timely maintenance! I remember last summer my air unit went out. I called the after hours maintenance number, and received a window unit within the hour until they could fix my air!
We have lived in the area for a long time. This is a great location that is convieniant to everything. The leasing staff is excellent to work with and they are very personable and very understanding. Repairs are done in a tmely fashion. Parking is the only concern I have. There are not many visitor spots in the old area. Thare are more in the new area. Sometimes it is hard to get around becase you have to park on the street area
The apartment is good. The only reason I didn't rate it great is the lack of storage (no linen closet or coat closet) and the tight squeeze you experience when driving in and out of the neighborhood.
Neighbors parking on both sides of the street was a major inconvenience daily. There should be rules/signage to only have cars park on one side of the road so that residents can safely drive on the street to get to their home. Every day we had multiple cars on both sides of the street. Also, there was a good bit of water build up and deep puddles along side the back door and back walls whenever it rained. Better drainage would be beneficial so that floor and structure damage doesn't occur.
When I request for maintenance and it's weeks to get a call I end up fixing some things myself. The other tenants put their trash containers and leave them days after the trash has been collected Still see dog waste outside

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
