The neighborhood is overall quiet. I have had no problems since I have moved in with my family. I feel safe even when coming home at night with my kids.
I LOVE living in Wedgwood, the staff is great, and the community has really taken a great turn in the past year (much more quite)! I do have issue with the playground, though. Too many people driving by (potential renters) have asked me if this neighborhood was "ghetto." When asking them why they would think it was, they mention the playground. People who live here today have said they had the same first impression. I think they should either put in a new one, or take the old one down. IMO
The refrigerator is broken in the inside, when it rains the water comes inside the house, the stove broke only two I's work and the bath tube needs work.
In the time I have been living at Wedgwood I have numerous maintenance issues, most of which had been taken care of promptly but not lately.I am having an issue with the ac upstairs, but since my last maintenance request has yet to to done I haven't added any more. The pool has been out of commission for almost a month during some of the hottest days.

We've had cockroaches since the first month we moved in. The carpets were soaking wet when we moved in & we had to pay an extra day for a uhaul trying to give the rug enough time to dry because we were told it would only take a couple hours to dry, it actually took a couple days. The downstairs bathroom & hallway area floor are old, have holes & what might be old gum all over it. The cupboards are disgusting. The kitchen counters are warped & peeling. We've also had problems with mold
