Every time I have an issue the two ladies in the office always get things fixed. I love living here. Would not change where I wanna live
I could pretty much live anywhere in North Charleston. I live at Hampton Oaks because of the size of my apartment for the price I pay, plus I get prompt responses when I do have an issue in my apartment
How nice! We are so happy that you're happy! Thank you for your awesome review. We strive to keep our prices competitive and give excellent customer service to all of our residents!
No access to exercise room & cannot put money on laundry card after 6 pm during business days & not at all on Sundays. Office does not stay open full business hours sometimes, so if I need to reach them a lot of times they are closed early. When asked to have countertops fixed & a few other items at the renewal of my lease last time, it has never been taken care of. Also, a lot of inconsiderate residents!
Thank you for giving us a chance to discuss this. Our residents are able to enjoy the gym during our office hours (from 8:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri & 10am-3pm Sat). Resident safety is priority, and we feel this is the best for everyone. I'm sorry if you have come by sometimes and we weren't available, we do have to close due to tours of our beautiful apartments or run a quick office errand. Our staff is here to help with any maintenance request you have as well as concerns about your neighbors.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
