Renting after owning a home/condo over 30 years ago I enjoy someone else to take care of problems that arise. Brighton Place is mostly clean, quiet and well landscaped to make it even more enjoyable. Since I am on 2nd floor I find the noise level average and acceptable. Renters in this unit respect others privacy. I did not know what to expect facing a parking lot however it is surprisingly quiet. My porch has privacy from the birch tree, a perk I enjoy.
Management stays on top of residents' concerns.
Apartments have nice finishings. There is some noise from the interstate & other apartments, but it's not too bad & the neighborhood is pretty good. Rent recently has been raised & is a little high for having no amenities (e.g., pool). Office staff were never actually in the office.
I think the rent is too much based on the amenities that are offered which is NONE. The current landlords are great but overall, the old company who Brighton Place was previously under did a better job. There was always a prompt response when it came to issues and around the clock hotline in case of emergencies. The apartments are newer and spacious but that is about all that makes it stand out among the others in the area.
Once Trident LLC purchased the complex the pest control, maintenance and overall cleanliness of the complex deteriorated rapidly
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
