The property needs some work and remodeling. I do not think that the rates are fair given the condition of some areas. My likes and dislikes are: I like that it is close to the highways for easy commutes.
Surprisingly quiet for a large complex. I especially like that's it's not on a main road but yet close to needed shopping.
My likes and dislikes about this community are: The complex is a dump. There are fireworks all the time and they come at 1 or 2 p.m. in the morning. My neighbors don't work so they hang outside at all hours of the night. Once my trunk was used as a dinner table for people to eat.
What a terrible place to live.
