Harbor Pointe is located in a great location, rent cost is excellent for the location, everyone is friendly, pet friendly, zoned for great schools, and a safe neighborhood!
Everyone is super friendly and the management is great
We have had a terrible experience living here and are moving soon because of it. Electric bill is ridiculous for a one bedroom due to poor insulation and outdated windows. The maintenance doesn't fix things even though the paper they leave says they have fixed it. We have had a mild smell coming from the laundry room since we moved in that the mgr said would be fixed right after we moved I. And when she came in she claims it was our fault even though it was there before we moved in.
Was promised hardwoods and new kitchen cabinets upon move in and redone tennis courts. Been here 5 months nothing has been done. Things should not be promised to potential new residents, as they say should have got it in writing.
Great location, but with rent increasing again, the value just isn't worth the price. It's frustrating to have water cut off once a month without any notice or assistance from the office on a timeline when water will once again be available. I've enjoyed living here the past few years, but it just isn't worth it anymore.
