Everyone is super friendly and the management is great
The staffs that work at the office are very good and kind. They really help all the time. The outside conditions of the buildings are poor and ugly. They need to repair.I need to replace a new refrigerator and a new stove. They are so old. I hope that I can do this. The tennis court is old, and it does not work too.

Nice pool, fantastic location, friendly staff but could use some areas of better communication, overall nice facilities (they are going through renovations) but they seem to reply quickly to any issues we may have

When we first signed our lease with harbor pointe the office staff did not seem confidently on top of the apartment policies on guarantors and application fees. However, I understand the management team has changed since then and we have been pleased with the new team. We have only submitted two maintenance requests and they were handles relatively quickly.
We are so glad that the office change and maintenance team changes have been a positive experience! We are here to help if you need anything please call or come by the office.
Condition of the apartment is fairly poor. The technicians that work on the apartments take a little while to come fix the things I need to be done (within a month). However, there is at least one thing wrong in my apartment at most times.The insulation in the apartments is poor as well. My energy bill is usually very high due to the fact of insulation vs A/C. The price is very good and it comes with good amenities. The location is very convenient as well. No one is rude or loud.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
