The staff is always very friendly and helpful and I particularly like the new community-oriented initiatives that have been more frequent lately (2/27/15). I was on my way to class one morning, running late and had no time to eat breakfast, or even get a cup of coffee. I'm Frustrated and tired and then I see the staff approaching my car near the entrance...offering me breakfast. I was ecstatic.
The management staff are super excellent and the place is just tranquil as all get out.

Quiet, clean, staff very prompt with any concerns. Location is great--heart of Mt. Pleasant and close to downtown. I love my apartment!
Outstanding management staff. Extremely responsive, always available, every time and about anything. You'd think we were in a very high end apartment complex by the way I've been treated as a resident. I'd definitely choose loving here rather than elsewhere. Top notch! They take great care of us!
