I hate it being behind railroad tracks. My likes and dislikes are: Close to everything.
The value we receive for the monthly rent is the reason we've stayed. My likes and dislikes are: Our family moved here in 2011. There are many things we like about the community. We enjoy getting to know our neighbors and grilling outside on our patio. The pool and community building are very closeby. Having restaurants and the library within walking distance are a real bonus.
Poorly constructed. Cut corners everywhere on construction. Rent us cheap compared to others but so are the apartments. Paper thin walls and floors. We hear every sound the neighbors make. Air condition works intermittently. Maintenence is done seemingly at their leisure. Received a notice that if we decide to go month to month our rent would jump from 900 to 1200 per month. Showers have seams and grow mildew. Security gate us more of an inconvenience than a luxury, as people tend to sit outside and just wait for the nest car to come by to slip in. Units in back sit against a railway so be prepared to endure multiple awakenings during the night. My likes and dislikes are: Can't wait until my lease is up.

I don't feel very welcome by the staff. They definitely lack customer service. My likes and dislikes are: I like the location and setting. It's quiet and I feel safe. I dislike the lack of information that I got from the staff. They don't seem to know what they are doing and don't follow up on requests and questions about the property and maintenance. Their answers are often vague and usually don't have a solution to the problem.
