I have been in resident at Jamestown Village for 32 years. I have experienced many
changes through those times. I must say that the management for the last few years have been very satisfactory in my opinion. I have never had any problems that have not been addressed.
I REALLY INJOY THE MANGER AND ALL THE STAFF FOR PUTING THE REIDENT AT EASE BY THINKING OF THEM FIRST.
We try, "because nice matters".

"Your" Property Manager
Still having sound issues with my upstairs neighbors for the last 3 years. It has been brought up with management, however our only alternative as per the office,is to call the police. We are uncomfortable doing that since it is mostly children in the apartment unsupervised the majority of the time.
If you call the police then there is a record of the report for the disturbance. If there are children at home alone then the Police will also address that issue. I am sorry you feel like we have not tried to address the issue. I also lived down stairs and had 2 small children that lived above my apartment and sometimes we did hear excessive noise and I would address it with my neighbor. Children will run and play and can not be expected to never make any noise.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
