I believe if a renter is going to stay with the complex for a length of time they should have a set price for the first 5 years, otherwise I believe the complex in a whole is very comfortable and quiet.
Thank You very much for your comments. Unfortunately due to the cost of everything rising such as utilities, roof replacements, items to make repairs on your apartment and to turn the apartments when someone moves out, we are not able to set the rent for 5 years. We however do market surveys to make sure that we are competitive and we are one of the only ones that still pay water and sewer.
I have lived here since 2001 and the apartment management and staff have always been friendly and have always been available when I have had a problem and they have handled them with expedience.
The pool needs a lot of improvements. When they say it is closed for cleaning the pool never gets cleaned. All of the lights in the pool have been floating to the top of they pool and never fix them. Reports have been made about the snakes around the apartments and nothing has been done. There are holes in the roofs where squirrels are getting in and they say they are unable to do anything about them. when maintenance is called they paint over the problem or quick fix that does not work.
Nice property, well kept, friendly community... Would be great if the breezeways would be pressure washed more often as spider webs have taken over the upper portions. Slightly more reasonable rent rates would always be great...
I like living at Park Place but I feel like we are not well informed enough of when maintanence and other things occur and I also just had an experience with some soliciters and I was angered by that because I should not have to deal with that living in an apartement complex. That should not be allowed.
