Very well kept and maintained. Beautiful setting. Staff so friendly almost like family. Amenaties very up to date. Overall classy place to live with privacy and great location for everything yet privately situated so it is very quiet. Parking is wonderful with so many extra spaces. Have frequent community socials for all ages. Garages are very conventient to each building. I have lived in many apartment communities here in Greenville/Greer and this the tops!
1st for me is the friendliness of the staff there have been personnel changes without any changes in the friendliness
The new staff here is excellent, and a big improvement. They are going all out to improve things.The social events have been much nicer. Their responsiveness to resident concerns is prompt and comprehensive. They enforce the covenants/rules even if it isn't popular with some, and do the right thing regardless. They address issues head on, and in a genuine, caring manner.
When we were apartment hunting for our move from Georgia we looked at countless places but tuscan heights really stood out to us by meeting and exceeding our expectations. We had one four day weekend to tour apartments and decide on one. After we returned to Georgia we decided on tuscan heights and completed the paperwork by phone and fax. Through the whole process the tuscan heights staff was very helpful and understanding. Overall my husband and I really enjoy living here.
