Management team is very professional. Always planning fun events for everyone to enjoy. Maintenance staff is knowledgable, provide timely service, very efficient. We absolutely love living here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment home.
The staff frequently goes out of their way to make this, not only a great place to live, but a great community. The buildings and grounds are well cared for, and any issues are immediately and appropriately addressed. The community events are frequent and well organized. A full list things that make the Preserves at West View a great place to live would be a few miles long.
Obviously no insulation in closets-ice cold in winter! Poor soundproofing between apartments and on exterior walls (ie: wall with building stairway on the other side). Dog poo everywhere on lawn. Office staff difficult to catch in office by phone or in person. Response to noise complaints average an hour. Frequent speeding of cars through complex in areas without sidewalks. Poor finishes in apartment itself (ie: non sanded repairs on baseboards, pain on bathtub from obvious repair).
I had some minor problems with my apt. but overall I am very pleased.
The property managers are very nice and professional. They made the process an easy transition and offered excellent advice.
