Management team is very professional. Always planning fun events for everyone to enjoy. Maintenance staff is knowledgable, provide timely service, very efficient. We absolutely love living here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment home.
The staff frequently goes out of their way to make this, not only a great place to live, but a great community. The buildings and grounds are well cared for, and any issues are immediately and appropriately addressed. The community events are frequent and well organized. A full list things that make the Preserves at West View a great place to live would be a few miles long.
The Preserve is an excellent place to call home, the staff is great and the environment feels safe and secure.
I love that the complex is modern, quiet and clean at all times. The staff at this establishment are great. I do not like the balcony floors because they have space in between each wooden board; the space makes it easier for the neighbor's trash and liquids to drip down to the balcony below. For example, the people who live above me has a dog and it urinates on their balcony and it drips down on my chairs on my balcony. Moreover, the parking is very bad; eliminate trees between parking spaces.
