Amazing apartment complex that places their residents first. They are quick to take care of maintenance problems and always have great things going on. The only issue I have is that paying rent for two residents in the same apartment is still difficult because you have to drop off a check instead of using online payment and it has to be during the hours that there is office staff.
Convenient , safe , Nice people in the office and the maintenance guys are great !
Friendly staff, very helpful with any problems
The included appliances in the apartment are lower quality than I would purchase for my own home, but having excellent maintenance staff on hand more than makes up for it. The complex is very dog friendly, and accommodates our large dog (many other apartments in the area have a size restriction). The complex is very quiet, and most of the tenants seem to keep to themselves, but the staff regularly schedules events where neighbors can meet and get to know one another.
Recently migrated from Illinois and love the modernized/cozy units. Feels like where we came from.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
