All the staff has been extremely friendly and accommodating. Whenever a problem or maintenance issue has come up, it has been resolved in a quick and timely manner.

Great pricing for the amount of space you get. The apartments are laid out very well. You'll be hard pressed to find a better deal in the area.

1) I referred two people to Plantations and I did not receive a check for the referral for more than 3 or 4 months.
2) I have had to wait a month and a half to have two service requests filled. One for a light in the kitchen and another for pest control.
3) Stains in the carpet came up after being there for a month. Plantations paid for carpet cleaning but the stains are back after a few weeks.

Please feel free to contact our office regarding any maintenance request you have concerns about. Regarding the referral check, our former management company did send a referral check in the form of a live check and then followed up with a 1099 at the end of the year. Now we simply apply the referral as a credit on your rental account.

I do apologize for your wait in regards to maintenance but pest control comes every Tuesday and every Thursday. Let us know if you need them to swing back by!
We stayed in 2 different apartments, & the first apartment living condition was okay. Then we upgraded to a 3 bedroom & about 6 months in the apartment noticed a mold issue. First on all the window seals and then a reoccurring issue in the master & middle bedrooms on ALL my furniture, some of my clothes & shoes. Management & maintenance, I feel,are very nonchalant about our issues & concerns over our last year & half. Even though I only have one year left in SC I would rather move than stay here

Relatively safe. Quiet outdoors but can hear neighbors clearly (even urination). Especially dangerous for children to walk outside with no sidewalks. Older building exterior outdated, ugly. Walls painted dozens of times without being cleaned first. Paint splatters on carpet, cabinets, toilet. Plastic bathtubs painted, constantly peel into bathwater. Deteriorating particleboard cabinets/drawers, large dent in our kitchen floor. Holes in bathroom walls behind/beside vanities.
Thank you for your review! The first phase (older buildings) is going to undergo a renovation as a part of our property's $1.5 million dollar renovation and be freshened up on the outside. Many of these apartments have also been renovated on the inside as well. Please contact our office regarding your tub as it should not be peeling!
