Office staff are good. Sometimes maintenance is a bit slow.
The windows in our apartment are horrible. They consistently have condensation which then leads to mold. Our electricity bill is always outrageous because the seals are so bad on them.
Maintenance is not good, the actual apt. U move in doesn't compare to tell overall cleanliness of the model. Lease was signed before u see apt.once lease is signed u can't back out or won't get money bac.k. I have been here 7 mos. And things that needed fixing when I moved in I am still waiting to get fixed.
It's better than average, though not excellent. Parking can be a challenge at times. The appliances should be replaced with more energy-efficient ones. The carpeting also needs to be replaced.
Staff always have a smile on there face. Area grounds and clubhouse/pool area are maintained in good order. Seems to be few maintenence personnel so apartment fixes seem to take a while.
