Excellent staff, maintenance, and response to requests/questions. Property manager provides a great one-on-one relationship to tenants.
This is by far the best, and I mean the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Anything I had problems with they were right there to fix it and very professional. No waiting, no frustration. Very understanding. Yes, many would say that it is expensive to live there, but you can see that they put money into maintaining the grounds, lakes, parking lots and the apartments themselves. The neighborhood is very quiet and private and I would highly recommend this complex to others.
The overall experience at Coventry Green is good. Some things that could use improvement are maintenance response time and quality of work. The rent increase when resigning is not very encouraging to resign next lease. There should be a stay of rent for at least three years or more. Some incentive to stay financially. Garages should be discounted after first resign of lease. Bathrooms have mold. Carpet needs up grade on padding. Feels like walking on concrete. Could use washable paint.
Pros- quiet (usually), great running trails, very pet friendly, wonderful grounds, pleasant and helpful staff Cons- parking is absolutely terrible!, maintenance takes far too long and the work is sub-par and temporary fixes, quality of interior needs updating/TLC, plumbing always seems to be an issue, bathroom seals on shower and sinks is cracking and not sealed well (cheaply done), winter hours are very inconvenient (10-5:30?!...people go to work before then and return well after then)
The number one thing I wish we had was a playground for kids. My son is 5 and having a playground here would be great for him and other children.
