My family and I have enjoyed or time here at River Falls. The property is is well maintained and has a wonderful pool area for the children to enjoy. Excellent location and both Greenville and Spartanburg are within 10 minutes for shopping or dining. The apartment staff are courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this complex for anyone looking to relocate to this area!
We have lived at River Falls for two years and have truly enjoyed our experience. The layouts of the apartments are very house-like and I think this makes them much more homey. I LOVE my kitchen. It is the largest apartment kitchen I have ever had. There are also dedicated laundry rooms (rather than a closet off of the kitchen) and it is such a nice feature. The community is beautiful and well maintained. No matter who we've worked with, they've all been so kind! We really love River Falls! :)
I have lived here a couple of years and have seen numerous management chqnges. When I moved here there were all kinds of community things going on (pizza parties,pumpkin carvings for kids, social minglers,etc). Now there has really been nothing in months. Maintenance has gotten slow. No communication on issues reported to maintenance or office staff. No newsletter anymore. Other Chartwell properties are improving and this one is just becoming another run of the mill place with a high pricetag
