Property staff always willing to answer questions promptly and accurately.

I have the knowledge and experiance on several other residential properties in the city. More that half have several issues to include criminal activity. Wellington Farms doesn't have none of the hard activity. Residence are nice and friendly for the most part. Management are always nice and care about the property. They are always thinking of ways to be innovative. When issues do rarely come up, they do the best they can to resolve the issue. I am proud and happy to be here.
The management staff was very rude, unreceptive to feedback and concerns presented to them, and I dreaded doing business with them. One assistant manager in particular lacks social/interpersonal skills.

Everything was excellent until move out when we were tricked into giving up our security deposit. Even though the rent every month is a small fortune the apts refuse to pay for basic cleaning after move out and puts that responsibility on the renters shoulders. I spent 2 full days cleaning and shampooing the carpets to have my whole deposit taken for cuts on the countertop that I most definitely did not do as I invested much money into cutting boards for that reason.
I'm glad you had great experience with Wellington until your move out. It is our policy for the apartment to be left in the same condition as move- in with the exception of items listed on your move- in inspection form. Unfortunately, the condition of the countertops did not indicate cuts at move-in and we specifically address cutting boards as an addendum of the lease, therefore we were forced to charge for these damages. Again, I apologize your experience was diminished by this.
It was a clean, quiet place to lay my head. The rent was affordable.
