More Playground equipment
There needs to be a place for the older kids to hang out instead of in the streets and on the corners!
I feel for the amount of rent we pay water and sewer should be included. Don't get me wrong the apartments themselves are wonderful but the neighborhood isn't worth the price without better amenities.
Would like there to be a curfew enforcement at night especially during week nights.
Need to repair plumbing. My water bill is just as high as my light bill. Toilet runs continuously. Can't stay another year because of this problem. I'm not the only person complaining. I have just begin turn off my toilets off at the base to see if it will help, but its a bother. Will be moving at the end of my lease. Can't afford the extra high water bill.
