The ONLY complaint we have is that the noise from level to level is definitely high! We can hear footsteps and also have had complaints from downstairs neighbors. Please note that it is only my husband and I living here and we are simply "living" - normal walking, unloading groceries and the like. See our manager for more details if necessary. Something to look into...
Community is always clean and staff is friendly and attentive to the residents.

Residing here at the Legacy at Sandhill has been a very pleasurable experience thus far. The only complaint I would have is the bug problem I had when I first moved in.
There were all types of creepy crawlies, which became a nuisance. However, once I informed office staff it was dealt with. I still had bugs, but I really appreciate the staff's prompt attention to the situation.
