Killian Lakes Apartments & Townhomes, located in northeast Columbia, South Carolina welcomes you home. We offer new one and two bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom townhomes that feature an attached two car garage and a partially finished basement. All of our apartments and townhomes include a full size washer and dryer. However, if you happen to have your own, we offer plenty of extra storage in our townhomes. All townhomes include a master bedroom suite with a large walk-in closet.

I rate it as poor due to the constant noise that we have to deal with above our apartment. The residents that reside above us has kids and they are constantly stomping and the parents walk hard so you can hear them as well. When we did complain about it I was told that if the constant complaints keep going between us and the upstairs neighbors we would basically have to leave. Which isn't fair because the only reason the upstairs resident complained is out of retaliation.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
