Our South Carolina communities are located in the following cities: Charleston, Columbia, Fort Mill, Lexington, Greenville, and Myrtle Beach. Capstone expects the announcement of four new communities in 2007 including Bolton Landing and Cobblestone Village in Charleston, SC. Bromley Village in Fort Mill SC and Alaris Village in Winston Salem, NC. The Carroll Companies long-range goal is to add 10,000 apartment homes to the Southeastern U.S. market in the next five years.
