ENTIRE staff is friendly, always have time for you and your concerns and give complete and honest answers in timely manner. Views of the city I believe are better than any other high rise in Columbia. The Capital, Football Statium,Koger Center(think not on that side)Wow; Location! Almost everything this town has to offer is in walking distance. Beautiful building, especially like extra security with bottom doors also locked. Could use little work on slow elevators sense very depended on.

The apartments are old and heavily over-painted - crumbling. The elevators are old and break down periodically, but at least one at a time - knock on wood. Sometimes it's hard to get your packages out of the mail room especially during the day. Parking is crazy, but it's pretty much like that everywhere downtown. The laundry room is a rip off. However I do like to live there.
